EASTON CT HOMES: Inventory is holding fairly steady for now at 78 homes that are actively on the market. They have been available for 168 days and are listed at an average price of $823,630. The median price in Easton is now $639,450.  The highest available listed home price is $2,290,000 and the lowest price is $294,900.

No new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. One property had a price change. No properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, and one home went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are nine properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $656,394.

CLOSINGS: No properties weres reported as sold this past week There were six status changes in the last week.

Two properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, and four homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).

The median price in Easton is now $629,250. The highest available listed home price is $2,398,000 and the lowest price is $294,900.

Three bedroom homes comprise just over 26 percent of the available inventory and are listed on average at $523,358. Forty-two percent of all single family homes for sale have four bedrooms, and their average list price is $814,670.
