Easton CT Real Estate Market Weekly Update December 27, 2011

EASTON CT HOMES: Inventory is holding fairly steady for now at 78 homes that are actively on the market. They have been available for 168 days and are listed at an average price of $823,630. The median price in Easton is now $639,450.  The highest available listed home price is $2,290,000 and the lowest price is $294,900.

No new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. One property had a price change. No properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, and one home went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are nine properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $656,394.

CLOSINGS: No properties weres reported as sold this past week There were six status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the median price of the nine homes available is $2,425 per month. These homes are listed at an average price of $3,458 per month, and have been on the market approximately 68 days.

The median price in Easton is now $624,950.  The highest available listed home price is $2,290,000 and the lowest price is $294,900.

No new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. No properties had a price change. Two properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, and no homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).

The median price in Easton is now $634,900. The highest available listed home price is $2,290,000 and the lowest price is $294,900.

One new listing came on the market  this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Four properties had a price change. Three properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, and one home went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are nine properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $702,961.

CLOSINGS: One property was reported as sold this past week, and was listed at $334,900 and took 50 days sell. There were thirteen status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

Two new listings came on the market  this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Two properties had a price change. Two properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, and four homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are seven properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $736,950.

CLOSINGS: Two properties were reported as sold this past week, and were listed at an average price of $711,950and took 58 days on average to sell. There were sixteen status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT HOMES: Inventory is somewhat stable at 88 homes that are actively on the market. They have been available for 144 days and are listed at an average price of $798,569. The median price in Easton is now $629,250. The highest available listed home price is $2,398,000 and the lowest price is $294,900.

Three bedroom homes comprise just over 26 percent of the available inventory and are listed on average at $523,358. Forty-two percent of all single family homes for sale have four bedrooms, and their average list price is $814,670.

No properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, and two homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).
