Easton CT Real Estate Market Weekly Update December 13, 2011

EASTON CT HOMES: Inventory has declined slightly to 82 homes that are actively on the market. They have been available for 156 days and are listed at an average price of $808,965. The median price in Easton is now $634,900. The highest available listed home price is $2,290,000 and the lowest price is $294,900.

One new listing came on the market  this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Four properties had a price change. Three properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, and one home went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are nine properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $702,961.

CLOSINGS: One property was reported as sold this past week, and was listed at $334,900 and took 50 days sell. There were thirteen status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the median price of the ten homes available is $3,457 per month. They are listed at an average price of $2,487 per month, and have been on the market approximately 63 days.
