Trumbull CT Real Estate Market Update Week of March 20, 2012

TRUMBULL CT HOMES: Trumbull's market remains one of the hottest markets around. As of this morning, there are 201 homes that are actively on the market.Their average market time is 91 days and they are listed at an average price of $427,972. The median list price in Trumbull is $352,400. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,100,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $175,000.

This week, we saw seven new listings come on the market. One home  came back on the market after being under deposit. There were thirteen properties that had a price change. There were seven properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and eight properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $439,313.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 49 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $398,693.

CLOSINGS: There were four properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $339,675 and their average time on the market was 74 days. There were 46 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 25 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $339,900. These homes have been listed an average of 66 days, and have an average price of $380,212. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $599,900. The lowest priced home is $179,900.

One new listing came on the market this week, and no homes  came back on the market after being under deposit. Two condominiums had a price change. In the last week, one condominium went into CTS status, and two properties went into pending status. Their averagel ist price was $334,450.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are five properties scheduled to close and their average listing price is $492,160.

CLOSINGS: There were no closings reported in the last week. There were seven status changes.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, there are 24 homes or apartments available, and they are listed at average price of $2,364 per month. These homes have been on the market approximately 64 days. The median price for a rental is $2,100 per month.

As of this morning, there are 199 homes that are actively on the market.Their average market time is 87 days and they are listed at an average price of $435,535. The median list price in Trumbull is $357,450. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,100,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $175,000.

This week, we saw thirteen new listings come on the market. One home  came back on the market after being under deposit. There were eleven  properties that had a price change. There were seventeen properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and five properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $329,940.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 45 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $392,006.

CLOSINGS: There were six properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $383,083 and their average time on the market was just 44 days. There were 62 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 24 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $347,400. These homes have been listed an average of 79 days, and have an average price of $386,282. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $599,900. The lowest priced home is $179,900.

There were nineteen single family home sales reported through the Greater Fairfield County Multiple Listing System in the town of Trumbull during the month of February, 2012.

The average sales price was $359,922 and the average market time was 115 days. Total closed Sales Volume for the month of February 2012 was $6,829,020

Their average market time is 97 days and they are listed at an average price of $425,092. The median list price in Trumbull is $349,900. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,100,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $169,900.

This week, we saw fifteen new listings come on the market. Two homes came back on the market after being under deposit. There were five properties that had a price change. There were ten properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and thirteen properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $423,192.
