Trumbull CT Real Estate Market Report Week of May 15, 2012

TRUMBULL CT HOMES: As of this morning, there are 231 homes that are actively on the market. Their average market time is 81 days and they are listed at an average price of $433,541. The median list price in Trumbull is $357,000. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,099,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $140,000.

This week, we saw eight new listings come on the market. One home came back on the market after being under deposit. There were 12 properties that had a price change. There were 12 properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and eight properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $319,188.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 60 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $376,060.

CLOSINGS: There were four properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $321,850 and their average time on the market was 237 days. There were 52 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 26 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $329,950. These homes have been listed an average of 88 days, and have an average price of $365,319. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $559,999. The lowest priced home is $119,900.

Three new listings came on the market this week, and no homes  came back on the market after being under deposit. No condominium had a price change. In the last week, two condominiums went into CTS status, and one property went into pending status.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are six properties scheduled to close and their average listing price is $353,766.

TRUMBULL CT HOMES: As of this morning, there are 229 homes that are actively on the market. Their average market time is 79 days and they are listed at an average price of $435,006. The median list price in Trumbull is $357,450. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,099,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $199,900.

This week, we saw twelve new listings come on the market. One home came back on the market after being under deposit. There were 19 properties that had a price change. There were ten properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and ten properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $345,530.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 56 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $378,980.

CLOSINGS: There were 11 properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $383,536 and their average time on the market was 97 days. There were 73 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 29 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $314,500. These homes have been listed an average of 76 days, and have an average price of $362,609. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $559,999. The lowest priced home is $119,900.

There were 26 single family home sales reported through the Greater Fairfield County Multiple Listing System in the town of Trumbull during the month of April, 2012.


The average sales price was $407,069 and the average market time was 68 days.


Total closed Sales Volume for the month of April 2012 was $10,583,800


There were 3 condominium sales reported through the Greater Fairfield County Multiple Listing System in the town of Trumbull during the month of April, 2012.


The average sales price was $442,333 and the average market time was 98 days.


Total closed Condominium  Sales Volume for the month of April 2012 was $1,327,000

There were fifteen properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and twelve properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $380,733.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 54 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $384,900.

CLOSINGS: There were nine properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $422,067 and their average time on the market was 80 days. There were 64 status changes in the last week.
