Trumbull CT Real Estate Market Update March 6, 2012

 TRUMBULL CT HOMES: Trumbull's market i sone of the hottest markets around! As of this morning, there are 192 homes that are actively on the market.Their average market time is 94 days and they are listed at an average price of $430,707. The median list price in Trumbull is $349,900. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,100,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $169,900.

This week, we saw thirteen new listings come on the market. No homes came back on the market after being under deposit. There were eight properties that had a price change. There were seven pro,p,erties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and thirteen properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $379,400.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 45 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $394,224.

CLOSINGS: There were six properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $489,450 and their average time on the market was 108 days. There were 55  status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 22 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $385,784. These homes have been listed an average of 79 days, and have an average price of $385,704. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $599,900. The lowest priced home is $179,900.

One new listing came on the market this week, and no homes  came back on the market after being under deposit. No condominiums had a price change. In the last week, one condominium went into CTS status, and two properties went into pending status.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are three properties scheduled to close and their average listing price is $492,300.

CLOSINGS: There were three closings reported in the last week, and their average list price was $186,600. There were nine status changes.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, there are 23 homes or apartments available, and they are listed at average price of $2,378 per month. These homes have been on the market approximately 67 days. The median price for a rental is $2,075 per month.
