Easton CT Weekly Housing and Real Estate Market Report Week of 9/17/13

EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 83 actively listed homes on the market. These homes have been  available an average of 124 days, and have  a *cumulative market time of 201 days. These properties are listed at an average price of $876,366, and the median price in Easton is currently $725,000. The highest available listed home price is $3,595,000 and the lowest price is $269,900.

Eight new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Eight properties had a price change. Two properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and four homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied)

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS: There are  six properties in CTS status, and seven  properties in pending status that are scheduled to close, with an average list price of $469,743.

CLOSINGS: Three properties were reported as sold this past week, and were listed on average at $607,833. There were 27 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the average price of the  eight homes available is $3,019 per month. These homes are listed at a median  price of $3,100 per month, and have been on the market approximately 60 days.

These properties are listed at an average price of $865,731, and the median price in Easton is currently $765,000. The highest available listed home price is $3,595,000 and the lowest price is $205,000.

Four new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Seven properties had a price change. Two properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and one home went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied)
