Easton CT Real Estate Market Report Week of January 29, 2013

EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 52 actively listed homes on the market. These homes have been  available an average of 178 days, and have  a *cumulative market time of 301 days. These properties are listed at an average price of $931,712, and the median price in Easton is currently $788,000. The highest available listed home price is $2,850,000 and the lowest price is $279,900.

Five new listings came on the market this week, and one home came back on the market after being under deposit. Two properties had a price change. Three properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and two homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied)

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS: There are five properties in CTS status, and six  properties in pending status that are scheduled to close.

CLOSINGS: One property was reported as sold this past week, and was listed at $659,000. There were 17 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the average price of the 11 homes available is $3,368 per month. These homes are listed at a median  price of $2,700 per month, and have been on the market approximately 85 days.
