EASTON CT HOMES:  The median list price in Easton is $729,450.  As of this morning, there are 61 homes actively on the market for 113 days and are listed at an average of $944,531. 1 new listing came on the market this week, including no homes that came back on the market after being under deposit.  There were  no properties that had a price change. 2 properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and 3 properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. CLOSINGS: 2 properties sold in this past  7 days. There were 10 status changes in the last week.

Easton CT Real Estate Sales "RealTrender" Report

The Easton RealTrender Report" is a  market snapshot of  real estate sales by price and bedrooms in town over the last 45 days. There were 5 sales reported in Easton in this Realtrender period, and they are broken down by bedrooms in the graph.

There were two single family home sales in Easton that were reported to the MLS.  The average List price was $1,014,250 and the average sale price was $964,313, and market time for these listings to sell was 155 days. On average, the sale price to list price ratio for sold listings was 95.07%
