EASTON CT HOMES:  The median list price in Easton is $739,450.  As of this morning, there are 55 homes actively on the market for 149 days and are listed at an average of $952,720. 3 new listings came on the market this week, including no homes that came back on the market after being under deposit.  There were  2 properties that had a price change. 2 properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and 1 property went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. CLOSINGS: No properties sold this past  7 days. There were 12 status changes in the last week.
