Easton CT Real Estate Market Report Week of April 17, 2012

EASTON CT HOMES:  Easton's real estate market is picking up!  There are now 93 homes that are actively on the market, and inventory is up from last week. We'll continue to  keep a close eye on it.

The 93 homes that are on the market have been available an average of 111 days and are listed at an average price of $806,590. The median price in Easton is now $562,250. The highest available listed home price is $2,000,000 and the lowest price is $278,800.

Seven new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Three properties had a price change. Four properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, and three homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are eight properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $664,574.

CLOSINGS: One property was reported as sold this past week, ans was listed at $650,000. There were 18 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the median price of the nine homes available is $2,325 per month. These homes are listed at an average price of $3,177 per month, and have been on the market approximately 77 days.
