Easton CT Real Estate Market Statistics Week of April 10, 2012

EASTON CT HOMES:  Easton's real estate market is picking up!  There are now 91 homes that are actively on the market, and inventory is on par with last week. We'll keep a close eye on it, and what may be the beginning of a positive change in the Easton market. 

The 91 homes that are on the market have been available an average of 113 days and are listed at an average price of $798,245. The median price in Easton is now $639,000. The highest available listed home price is $2,000,000 and the lowest price is $278,800.

Three new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Five properties had a price change. Two properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, and three homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are eight properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $604,581.

CLOSINGS: One property was reported as sold this past week, ans was listed at $650,000. There were 18 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the median price of the ten homes available is $2,400 per month. These homes are listed at an average price of $3,000 per month, and have been on the market approximately 75 days.
