Interest rates remain at same levels from a week ago.  Rates are rising over the last couple of months or so but still look very attractive at these low levels and it’s time to jump into refinancing your existing mortgage or purchase a new property with Realtor Judy Szablak’s help.  The 10 year is at 2.28
