Easton CT Real Estate Market Weekly Statistics Report - July 12, 2011

EASTON CT HOMES: As of this morning, there are 94 homes actively on the market for 115 days and are listed at an average price of $943,030. The median price in Easton is $725,000. The highest available listed home price is $2,900,000 and the lowest price is $299,900. The most active price pocket in town is between one and one-and-one-half million dollars, representing almost 28 percent of all of the available inventory. Four bedroom homes comprise over 43 percent of the available inventory, and their average list price is $899,640

Three new listings came on the market  this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit.  Two properties had a price change, and two properties have  gone under the initial deposit stage. One home went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied). CLOSINGS: Three properties sold this past week and were  listed at an average price of $781,133 and took  123 days to sell. There were twelve status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the median price is $3,700 per month. There are only six homes or apartments available, and they are listed at an average price of $4,558 per month. They have been on the market approximately 66 days.

EASTON CT HOMES: As of this morning, there are 93 homes actively on the market for 111 days and are listed at an average price of $935,921. The median price in Easton is $725,000. The highest available listed home price is $2,900,000 and the lowest price is $299,900. The most active price bracket in town is between one and one-and-one-half million dollars, representing almost 27 percent of all of the available inventory.

One  new listing came on the market  this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit.  Three properties had a price change, and one  property has  gone under the initial deposit stage. Two homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied). CLOSINGS: One property sold this past week and was listed for $599,000 and took just 13 days to sell. There were nine status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the median price is $3,200 per month. There are only eight homes or apartments available, and they are listed at an average price of $4,356 per month. They have been on the market approximately 66 days.
