And this was only one of so many roles you played in selling my house.  You suggested getting the shutters painted black, adding a chandelier in the dining room, and having the wood floors cleaned, sanded and polished - all of which made a huge difference in the appearance, and made the property much more appealing.   The improvements were money well-spent and made a critical difference.

How refreshing in this age of robotic response and multi-tiered voice mail trees to have a person who answered her phone or called back in a few moments later. I never felt alone in the months you were working with me. You consistently demonstrated a pro-active response to communicating with me and solving problems, along with empowering me with the reasons behind your opinions and lessons learned in similar situations.  I had gone through selling previous homes but there are new and challenging times and my road map was almost an antique!   Professional guidance with current information is essential to a successful outcome in these times.

I originally sought you out because of your obvious extensive understanding and use of computer-based media solutions to advertising properties.  You did not disappoint, and went beyond my expectations in this regard.  I feel that this talent was critical in finding a buyer.  This is a buyer's market and people had many other choices.  You made my house competitive in a tough marketplace by getting its message out.

And when I finally drove to Connecticut you went out of your way so I could gain access to my house in a timely manner, immediately interrupting your own plans to accommodate mine.  And your assistance didn't stop there!  We got into a traffic jam while trying to get into the parking lot at the closing.  I was in a large rental car, making backing up difficult, and you actually got out of your car to direct traffic so I could maneuver safely!  And you stayed with me for over an hour while only-God-knows-what was occupying my attorney's attention in a closed room with the buyer and his attorney.  And just prior to the closing you investigated the delay requested by the buyer, verifying that it was legitimate and not strategic stalling for an insincere purpose. If selling a house was part of the Olympics, you would certainly have a gold medal to show for your efforts.

Our deal would not have materialized without Judy

We were lucky enough to have Judy Szablak as our agent through our recent home purchase. As first time home buyers, we were inexperienced with regard to the entire process and Judy was always there to show us the way.

As a whole, our home purchase process was turbulent. Judy was there very step of the way to work through every problem that arose. Whenever a negative situation presented itself, Judy always had the answers. she always knew what to do and how to proceed.
