Easton CT Real Estate Market Report Week of April 30, 2012

EASTON CT HOMES:  There are now 100 homes that are actively on the market, and inventory is up from last week. These homes have been  available an average of 102 days and are listed at an average price of $811,675. The median price in Easton is now $672,000. The highest available listed home price is $1,850,000 and the lowest price is $278,800.

Four new listings came on the market this week, and one home came back on the market after being under deposit. Eight properties had a price change . One property has gone under the initial deposit stage, and three homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).  Their average list price was $891,333.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 11 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $718,154.

CLOSINGS: Two properties were reported as sold this past week, and were listed  on average at $569,900. There were 21 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the median price of the nine homes available is $2,325 per month. These homes are listed at an average price of $3,205 per month, and have been on the market approximately 79 days.
