Easton CT Real Estate Market Update Week of March 13, 2012

EASTON CT HOMES: There are 88 homes that are actively on the market, and you should expect an increase in inventory for the weeks ahead. These homes have been available an average of 141 days and are listed at an average price of $836.950. The median price in Easton is now $680,950. The highest available listed home price is $2,000,000 and the lowest price is $278,800

Six new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Three properties had a price change. Three properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, and one home went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are three properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $658,000.

CLOSINGS: Six properties were reported as sold this past week, and their average list price was $495,133. There were sixteen status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the median price of the nine homes available is $2,125 per month. These homes are listed at an average price of $2,938 per month, and have been on the market approximately 81 days.
