TRUMBULL CT HOMES: WOW! Trumbull's real estate market continues to be one of the HOTTEST MARKETS  around! As of this morning, there are 160 homes that are actively on the market. The average market time is 94 days,  and their *cumulative market time is 167 days.  These properties are listed at an average price of $436,057. The median list price in Trumbull is $399,900. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,199,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $152,000.

This week, we saw nine new listings come on the market, and two homes came back on the market after being under deposit. There were seven properties that had a price change. There were nine properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and seven properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $334,929.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS:  There are 26 properties townwide in the initial stage of deposit (which we call CTS) and an additional 76 properties that are scheduled to close, and their average price is $357,485.

CLOSINGS: There were eight properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $348,425 and their average time on the market was 68 days. There were 54 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 20 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $379,450. These homes have been listed an average of 112 days,  with an average cumulative market time of 148 days, and have an average price of $385,010. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $559,999. The lowest priced home is $160,000.

Two new listings came on the market this week, and no home came back on the market after being under deposit.  Three condominiums had a price change. In the last week, no condominium went into CTS status, and no properties went into pending status.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS: There is one property  currently under CTS status, and an additional three properties are scheduled to close, which are listed  on average at $253,133.

There were 44 single family home sales reported through the Greater Fairfield County Multiple Listing System in the town of Trumbull during the month of August, 2012. The smallest home that sold was 1,076 square feet, and the largest was 4,054 square feet.  

The average sales price was $364,930  and the average market time was 95 days.
Total closed Sales Volume for the month of August 2012 was $16,056,912

There were 4 condominium sales reported through the Greater Fairfield County Multiple Listing System in the town of Trumbull during the month of August, 2012. The smallest home that sold was 1,590 square feet, and the largest was 3,226 square feet.

The average market time is 95 days and these homes are listed at an average price of $450,756. The median list price in Trumbull is $399,900. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,199,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $152,000.

This week, we saw 11 new listings come on the market, and one home came back on the market after being under deposit. There were 14 properties that had a price change. There were five properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and nine properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $472,878.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 68 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $356,995.

CLOSINGS: There were six properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $511,367 and their average time on the market was 97 days. There were 53 status changes in the last week.
