Trumbull CT Real Estate Market Report Week of November 26, 2012

TRUMBULL CT HOMES: As of this morning, there are 131 homes that are actively on the market. The average market time is 103 days,  and their *cumulative market time is 181 days.  These available properties are listed at an average price of $438,184. The median list price in Trumbull is $399,900. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,199,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $152,000.

This week, we saw eight new listings come on the market, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. There were six properties that had a price change. There were six properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and seven properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $308,386.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS:  There are  26 properties townwide in the initial stage of deposit (which we call CTS) and an additional 60 properties that are scheduled to close, and their average price is $348,243.

CLOSINGS: There were nine properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $341,167 and their average time on the market was 91 days. There were 43 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 15 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $349,900. These homes have been listed an average of 113 days,  with an average cumulative market time of 146 days, and have an average price of $348,817. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $499,900. The lowest priced home is $180,000.

One new listing came on the market this week, and no home came back on the market after being under deposit.  No condominium had a price change. In the last week, one condominium went into CTS status, and no property went into pending status.


TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS: There are three properties currently under CTS status, and no properties are   scheduled to close.

CLOSINGS: There was one closing reported in the last week, and the home was listed at $$269,900. There were eight status changes.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, there are 15 homes or apartments available, and they are listed at an  average price of $2,197 per month. These homes have been on the market approximately 58 days. The median price for a rental is $2,100 per month.

Trumbull CT Real Estate Market Stats Week of November 19, 2012

TRUMBULL CT HOMES: As of this morning, there are 138 homes that are actively on the market. The average market time is 100 days,  and their *cumulative market time is 169 days.  These available properties are listed at an average price of $429,2880. The median list price in Trumbull is $399,000. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,199,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $152,000.

This week, we saw 11 new listings come on the market, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. There were 12 properties that had a price change. There were ten properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and nine properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $393,389.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS:  There are  28 properties townwide in the initial stage of deposit (which we call CTS) and an additional 62 properties that are scheduled to close, and their average price is $353,151.

CLOSINGS: There were 11 properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $375,582 and their average time on the market was 107 days. There were 62 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 20 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $367,425. These homes have been listed an average of 116 days,  with an average cumulative market time of 150 days, and have an average price of $364,652. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $559,999. The lowest priced home is $180,000.

One new listing came on the market this week, and one home came back on the market after being under deposit.  No condominium had a price change. In the last week, one condominium went into CTS status, and no property went into pending status.

TRUMBULL CT HOMES: As of this morning, there are 142 homes that are actively on the market. The average market time is 98 days,  and their *cumulative market time is 166 days.  These available properties are listed at an average price of $428,842. The median list price in Trumbull is $389,450. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,199,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $152,000.

This week, we saw nine new listings come on the market, and two homes came back on the market after being under deposit. There were three properties that had a price change. There were three properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and six properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $390,267.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS:  There are  32 properties townwide in the initial stage of deposit (which we call CTS) and an additional 56 properties that are scheduled to close, and their average price is $358,635.

CLOSINGS: There were two properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $559,900 and their average time on the market was 90 days. There were 37 status changes in the last week.

This week, we saw 14 new listings come on the market, and three homes came back on the market after being under deposit. There were 14 properties that had a price change. There were six properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and seven properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $444,029.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS:  There are 23 properties townwide in the initial stage of deposit (which we call CTS) and an additional 67 properties that are scheduled to close, and their average price is $363,926.
