Trumbull CT Housing and Real Estate Market Report Week of11/3/14

BUYER/SELLER ACTION ALERT STILL IN EFFECT. As of this morning, there are 174 homes that are actively on the market. The average market time is 108 days,  and their *cumulative market time is 140 days. These available properties are listed at an average price of $469,797. The median list price in Trumbull is currently $429,950.  The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,100,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $163,000.

This week, we saw fifteen new listings come on the market, and one  home come back on the market after being under deposit. There were 18 properties that had a price change. There were 10 properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and 10 properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $312,130.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS:  There are 37 properties townwide in the initial stage of deposit (which we call CTS) and an additional 32 properties that are scheduled to close, and their average price is $358,750.

CLOSINGS:  There were 11 properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $357,045 and their average time on the market was 79 days. There were 77 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 13 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $380,000. These homes have been listed an average of 81 days,  with an average cumulative market time of 116  days, and have an average price of $510,946. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $839,900. The lowest priced home is $226,000.

There were no new listings reported, no homes came back on the market,  and one property had a price change. No homes went into CTS status  and no homes went into pending status. 

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS: There are three  properties currently under CTS status, and no properties in pending status.

CLOSINGS: No properties  were reported as closed in the  last week.  There were two status changes reported.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, there are 15 homes or apartments available, and they are listed at an  average price of $2,675 per month. These homes have been on the market approximately 47 days. The median price for a rental is $2,500 per month.

Trumbull CT Real Estate Market Report Week of 10/21/2014

BUYER/SELLER ACTION ALERT AGAIN IN EFFECT. As of this morning, there are  180 homes that are actively on the market. The average market time is 110 days,  and their *cumulative market time is 142 days. These available properties are listed at an average price of $474,554. The median list price in Trumbull is currently $432,450.  The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,100,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $163,000.

This week, we saw ten new listings come on the market, and four  homes come back on the market after being under deposit. There were 22 properties that had a price change. There were 12 properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and nine properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $381,933.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS:  There are 37 properties townwide in the initial stage of deposit (which we call CTS) and an additional 30 properties that are scheduled to close, and their average price is $353,826.

CLOSINGS:  There were eight properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $324,949 and their average time on the market was 72 days. There were 69 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 13 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $380,000. These homes have been listed an average of 75 days,  with an average cumulative market time of 110  days, and have an average price of $510,100. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $839,900. The lowest priced home is $226,000.

There were no new listings reported, one home came back on the market,  and one property had a price change. Three homes went into CTS status  and no homes went into pending status.

As of this morning, there are 202 homes that are actively on the market. The average market time is 99 days,  and their *cumulative market time is 134 days. These available properties are listed at an average price of $462,072. The median list price in Trumbull is currently $407,450. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,149,990 and the lowest priced home is available at $165,000.

This week, we saw 17 new listings come on the market, and two homes come back on the market after being under deposit. There were 23 properties that had a price change. There were five properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and eight properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $383,461.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS:  There are 27 properties townwide in the initial stage of deposit (which we call CTS) and an additional 60 properties that are scheduled to close, and their average price is $353,826.

CLOSINGS:  There were nine properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $385,622 and their average time on the market was 73 days. There were 70 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 14 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $342,400. These homes have been listed an average of 48 days,  with an average cumulative market time of 92 days, and have an average price of $483,643. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $839,900. The lowest priced home is $228,000.
