Trumbull CT Weekly Real Estate Market Report 3/22/11

TRUMBULL CT HOMES:  The median list price in Trumbull is $354,900. The market is steadily improving! As of this morning, there are 164 homes actively on the market for  107 days and are listed at an average of $441,593. 13 new listings came on the market this week, including 3 homes that came back on the market after being under deposit.  There were  6 properties that had a price change. 7 properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and 9 properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. CLOSINGS: 4 properties sold this past  week, and they had an average price of $293,975, and  were on the market an average of 118 days. There were 48 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The  25 condominiums that are available have been  listed an average of 143 days, and have an average price of $373,088.  5 new listings came on the market this week, and np Properties had a price change. In the last week,  1 property went into CTS status,  and no properties went into pending status. No properties closed in the last week. There were 5 status changes for the week.

If you are looking for a rent in town, there are  17 homes or apartments available, and they are listed at average price of $2,210 per month, and have been on the market approximately 57 days.
