Interest rates drop when compared to last week’s rates.  Concern about the pace of global economic growth was bad for the stock market and great for mortgage interest rates over the past week.  Weaker than expected U.S. economic data also was positive for home loan rates, which ended the week lower.  In recent weeks the market has been very volatile.  Rates are rising over the last couple of months or so but still look very attractive at these low levels and it’s time to jump into refinancing your existing mortgage or purchase a new property with Realtor Judy Szablak’s help.  The 10 year is at 2.03
