CT Realtor Judy Szablak Receives Five Star Rating from Connecticut Magazine

The award is given on the basis of exceptional results via an in-depth research process, whereb real estate agents are evaluated by consumers based on customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication and negotiation skills, closing preparation, helping you find the right home, marketing the home being sold, and overall satisfaction.

Five Star Professional follows standard survey practices used by other professional research organizations. The research also includes feedback from industry peers and leaders, and a regulatory review to provide necessary checks and balances.

The Five Star Professional research team applies a vigorous research and evaluation process to identify service professionals who provide quality services to their clients. Professionals do not pay a fee to be considered or placed on the final list of Five Star award winners.

The research methodology allows no more than 7% of service professionals in a given market to qualify for the Five Star award.

Judy has been awarded this presitigious rating for three years in row, and was also recognized by Westchester Magazine's  in October 2012 .
