Great LOCAL Househunting App for iPad, iPhone or Android

It is so important to keep on top of the latest real estate technology, because the process can be made easier for any client that wants to use it. With that in mind, I have found a great real estate app for home buyers and sellers that looks to be very efficient, and simple to use.

The app is free- just snap a picture of the home to find out more about it, and even see closed sales. Data is gleaned from our local MLS.  It's not foolproof, but it does a great job, and worth the download, whether you are looking to buy, or just want to satisfy your curiosity.

When you want to see a property, HomeSnap will contact me and let me know you want to see it, and I will set up an appointment to show you that home!

I am very pleased to offer you this new personalized service! I hope you enjoy it!

A few trusted reviews on this, too....

Wall Street Journal
- clever useful and entertaining

Good Housekeeping   clean interface and is very intuitive to use.

Let me know what you think. Sign up is free, fast , and easy. Download the FREE app here!
