New Month-End Market Condition Reports for your CT Town are Here!

We've added new month-end sales reports to our town blogs for Easton, Fairfield, Norwalk, Trumbull and Westport Connecticut, and we invite you to check them out!

These new reports include easy to read, decipher  and compare three different time frames over the past year, and how they stack up to each other.

We have included "prior 90 days to present", prior  4-6 month statistics and the prior 7-12 month statistics, as well as absorption rates, average sales price to list price ratios, market time and estimated inventory time frame measured in months.

The reports will be posted at the end of each month, and the first of many Market Conditions Reports are already available.
