Easton CT Housing and Real Estate Market Report Week of 12/17/13

Inventory is stable with last week and there are now 74 actively listed homes on the market. These homes have been  available an average of 160 days, and have  a *cumulative market time of 245 days. These properties are listed at an average price of $945,208, and the median price in Easton is  steady at $792,000. The highest available listed home price is $3,595,000 and the lowest price is $189,900.

Two new listings came on the market this week, and two homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Three properties had a price change.  Two properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and three homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied) They wwere listed on average at $646,000.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS: There are seven properties in CTS status, and 11  properties in pending status that are scheduled to close, with an average list price of $535,364.

CLOSINGS: Three properties were reported as sold this past week, and were listed on average  at $574,667. There were 17 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the average price of the 11 homes available is $3,455 per month. These homes are listed at a median  price of $3,350 per month, and have been on the market approximately 67 days.
