Easton CT Real Estate Market Report Week of July 31, 2012

EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 105 homes that are actively on the market. These homes have been  available an average of 107 days and are listed at an average price of $827,998, and the median price in Easton is currently $621,500. The highest available listed home price is $3,500,000 and the lowest price is $285,000.

Four new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. One property had a price change. One property has gone under the initial deposit stage, and one  home went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).  It was listed  at $649,000.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 11 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $704,945.

CLOSINGS: two properties were reported as sold this past week, and were listed on average at $519,450.  There were 16 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the median price of the 13 homes available is $2,450 per month. These homes are listed at an average price of $3,300 per month, and have been on the market approximately 68 days.
