Easton CT Real Estate Market Report Week of July 17, 2012

EASTON CT HOMES:  Some hints of refreshing activity are starting to emerge. There are now 106 homes that are actively on the market. These homes have been  available an average of 104 days and are listed at an average price of $826,773, and the median price in Easton is currently $650,000. The highest available listed home price is $3,500,000 and the lowest price is $285,000.

No new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Three properties had a price change. One property has gone under the initial deposit stage, and two homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).  They were listed on average at $659,450.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 12 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $662,858.

CLOSINGS: Two properties were reported as sold this past week, and were listed on average at $559,000.  There were 15 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the median price of the 13 homes available is $2,300 per month. These homes are listed at an average price of $3,107 per month, and have been on the market approximately 63 days.
