Easton CT - Weekly Real Estate Market Statistics Report - September 20, 2011

EASTON CT HOMES: As of this morning, there are  95 homes actively on the market for 117 days and are listed at an average price of $846,739. The median price in Easton has dipped about 3 percent since last week, and is now $669,450. The highest available listed home price is $2,398,000 and the lowest price is $294,900.

SINGLE FAMILY HOME INVENTORY based upon the current absorption rate: 14.53 months, and is up ever so slightly from last week of 14.25. The goal for a neutral market in Easton is about eight months.

Two new listings came on the market  this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit, and six properties had a price change.
