Easton CT Real Estate Market Weekly Statistics Report - July 19, 2011

EASTON CT HOMES: As of this morning, there are 90 homes actively on the market for 113 days and are listed at an average price of $905,753. The median price in Easton has dropped in the last week by five percent to $689,000. The highest available listed home price is $2,498,000 and the lowest price is $299,000.

One new listing came on the market  this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit.  Three properties had a price change, and three properties have  gone under the initial deposit stage. Four homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied). CLOSINGS: One property sold this past week and was listed at  $769,400 and took 106 days to sell. There were twelve status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the median price is $3,450 per month. There are only five homes or apartments available, and they are listed at an average price of $4,090 per month. They have been on the market approximately 59 days.
