EASTON CT HOMES: As of this morning, there are 94 homes actively on the market for 104 days and are listed at an average price of $937301. The median price in Easton is $742,000. The highest available listed home price is $2,900,000 and the lowest price is $299,900. The most active price bracket in town is between one and one-and-one-half million dollars.

Two new listings came on the market  this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit.  Six properties had a price change, and three properties have gone under the initial deposit stage. Three homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied). CLOSINGS: No properties sold in this past week.  There were seventeen status changes in the last week.
