Easton CT Real Estate Sales Report for February 2011

There were two sales in Easton that were reported to the MLS.  The average List price was $849,000 and the average sale price was $818,325, and market time for these listings to sell was 145 days. On average, the sale price to list price ratio for sold listings was 96.4%
