The median price in Easton is now $634,700. The highest available listed home price is $2,398,000 and the lowest price is $294,900.

No new listings came on the market  this week, and one home came back on the market after being under deposit. Four properties had a price change. No properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, and no homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).
