Trumbull CT Real Estate Market Report Week of May 22, 2012

 TRUMBULL CT HOMES: As of this morning, there are 238 homes that are actively on the market. Their average market time is 81 days and they are listed at an average price of $431,541. The median list price in Trumbull is $359,950. The highest priced home in town is listed at $1,099,000 and the lowest priced home is available at $140,000.

This week, we saw 17 new listings come on the market. One home came back on the market after being under deposit. There were ten properties that had a price change. There were eight properties that went under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and six properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. Their average list price was $478,933.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 55 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $385,034.

CLOSINGS: There were eight properties that were reported as sold in this past week, The average list price was $464,500 and their average time on the market was 68 days. There were 64 status changes in the last week.

TRUMBULL CT CONDOS: The median price of the 25 condominiums that are available in Trumbull is $314,950. These homes have been listed an average of 85 days, and have an average price of $363,495. The highest priced condo in Trumbull is listed at $559,999. The lowest priced home is $119,900.

One new listing came on the market this week, and one home came back on the market after being under deposit. No condominium had a price change. In the last week, no condominiums went into CTS status, and two properties went into pending status.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are six properties scheduled to close and their average listing price is $365,433.

CLOSINGS: There were two closings reported in the last week, and were listed on average at $362,400.  There were seven status changes.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, there are 15 homes or apartments available, and they are listed at an  average price of $2,274 per month. These homes have been on the market approximately 38 days. The median price for a rental is $2,075 per month.
