We personally serve Southwestern Connecticut and most of Fairfield County, but not the whole state. if you are buying or selling in our areas of service  we would love to help you.

We want you to get the best service and representation possible, and if there is an area of Connecticut that you are moving to or from that we don't service, we will find you a Realtor to help you based upon your needs. There is no charge for this service, and unlike most all of the larger companies, we will refer you to an agent who is best suited for your needs, whether that agent is affiliated with our company or not.

In what type of community do you want to live?

Demographics  are a big help- and we offer demographics and town facts for the seventeen towns that we service, in order to help you get a better feel for each community. We can also obtain demographics for your current community to help you with side by side comparisons. If the public educational system is important to you, we offer access to government mandated state reports on every single school in Connecticut to help you decide which school district is rght for your child or children.

Another very important question to consider- should you buy or rent your home?
