Disclosures needed to sell your home

 

If you want to try and sell your home by yourself, be prepared to fill out these forms. As an example, You would be charged $300 at closing  if you did not give the Property Condition Disclosure form to your buyer prior to them making an offer, and you must keep a fully executed copy for your records.

 And no, I am not going to require you to sign in and give me all of your information before I give you the forms- they're right here. I  hope you can sell your home by yourself, but if you find it is not working out, call me. I have an extensive resume in our area and I will certainly get your home sold.
